R3Events
LLC is composed of 3 partners Myrna, and Husband &
Wife team of Heather & Mike.
Back in 2007 we set out to hold a sprint distance
event that would give back to the community. The Silver
Lake Triathlon was held in the small community they live
& work in and was a GREAT success.
All proceeds from The 2007 Silver Lake Triathlon were
donated to the newly formed Portage Youth Swim Team.
Again in 2008 the 3 member team which is now R3Events managed another successful event with the 2008
Silver Lake Triathlon and this time all proceeds from
the event were donated to the Portage High School Sports
Activity Fund.
The 2009 Silver Lake Triathlon was once again a Sell
Out allowing us to make donations to the Portage Fire
Department, The Friends of Silver Lake & The
Dells/Delton Blades Youth Hockey.
Our sponsored events are beginner friendly yet
challenging, focusing on health, fitness, support &
development of the community & its youth.
